Dalian Heavy Industry Equipment Group’s restructuring and reform innovation demonstration project—the Dalian Jinzhong High-end Petrochemical Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Base—has officially begun operations.

On October 18, 2023, with representatives from 14 industry associations and research institutes, 34 customer representatives, 10 supplier representatives, and relevant leaders and guests from both the Dalian municipal and district governments in attendance, the Dalian Heavy Industry Equipment Group’s restructuring and reform innovation demonstration project—the Dalian Jinzhong High-end Petrochemical Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Base—was officially put into operation.

Since the restructuring and integration, Jinzhong Company has focused on upgrading its market and product mix to higher-end segments, successfully facilitating the relocation of its old plant. Grounded in a high starting point of “intelligence, high-end, and green,” it has carried out a comprehensive off-site relocation and upgrade project. The Lüshun High-End Petrochemical Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Base has been fully completed and put into operation, and the company has implemented its “Five New” strategy.

By implementing “lean management,” the order fulfillment rate has risen to over 90%, and operating cash flow has increased by 151% year over year, ensuring adequate funding for production.

Implement the “four‑principle” management framework, advance the “five‑in‑one” approach to reduce costs, boost efficiency, and enhance operational quality, and launch the development of six major information systems, including CAPP and MOM, to achieve digital management.
