Shenhua Ningmei 4-million-ton-class coal indirect liquefaction project
Our company has undertaken the fabrication of equipment for the Shenhua Ningxia Coal-to-Oil Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 4-million-ton-per-year indirect coal liquefaction project, including more than 130 units such as oversized reactors, oversized towers, heat exchangers, and storage tanks. Among these are four Fischer–Tropsch synthesis reactors, each with a diameter of 9,600 mm, a height of 61,385 mm, and a wall thickness of 130 mm, fabricated from SA387 Gr11 CL2 steel. Each unit weighs approximately 2,200 tons. On-site fabrication involved segmental manufacturing and transportation, or on-site rolling; the reactors were assembled horizontally into two sections, followed by heat treatment. Subsequently, the two sections were aligned vertically, welded together, subjected to localized heat treatment, and tested under hydrostatic pressure.

Construction of a suction bucket jacket foundation
On May 18, 2020, our company entered into a construction contract with China Power Construction Group East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “East China Institute”) for the fabrication of suction bucket jacket foundations under the EPC general contracting project of the CSSC Heavy Industry Dalian Zhuanghe Offshore Wind Farm Site II (300 MW).

Construction of the topside module for the offshore substation
On February 10, 2020, our company entered into a construction contract with China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (Tianjin) Offshore Wind Power Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianjin Offshore Engineering”) for the fabrication of the 220 kV offshore booster substation and the steel structure of the jacket foundation for the CSSC Dalian Zhuanghe Offshore Wind Farm Site II (300 MW) project.
