Jinzhong Group adheres to technological advancement and new-product development, consistently staying at the forefront of its domestic industry in the research, prototyping, and application of new technologies, new materials, and new processes. The company boasts extensive experience in the R&D, design, and manufacturing of high-end equipment—covering high-temperature, high-pressure, corrosion-resistant, low-temperature, large-scale, non-standard-shaped, thick-walled, composite, multi-layer, nonferrous-metal, nickel-based, zirconium, and Hastelloy applications—featuring cutting-edge technology, reliable quality, and outstanding performance. Many of its products have replaced imports, filled domestic gaps, and established Jinzhong Group’s core technologies, bolstering its market competitiveness. The company has received national awards for gold, silver, and premium-quality products, as well as honors for scientific and technological progress and the localization of major technical equipment. Its pioneering use of new materials and processes has been commended by the State Council.
Jinzhong Group boasts a complete, state-of-the-art, and fully functional suite of inspection, testing, and experimental equipment, including a 6–9 MeV electron linear accelerator, a 7.5 MeV electron cyclotron accelerator, TOFD flaw detectors, ultrasonic testers, magnetic particle inspection instruments, ferrite content meters, paint film thickness gauges, and a full range of X-ray flaw detectors—up to 400 kV—as well as gamma-ray flaw detectors using 200 curies of cobalt‑60 and iridium‑192. The company also operates a 1,000 kN tensile testing machine, a 500 J impact testing machine, and a low-temperature impact tester compliant with ASME standards. Additionally, it is equipped with a “step-cooling” test rig for manufacturing large hydrogenation equipment, an infrared carbon‑sulfur analyzer, a scanning electron microscope capable of continuous magnification up to 300,000×, and a portable full-spectrum quantitative spectrometer, among other comprehensive nondestructive testing and physicochemical testing devices and instruments. Furthermore, the group holds more than 30 metrological verification qualifications in length, temperature, force, electricity, and other fields, authorized by its superior supervisory authorities.

Jinzhong Group is one of the first enterprises in China to apply advanced international standards such as the U.S. ASME, the EU EN, the German AD, the Japanese JIS, and the Dutch KC in equipment design and manufacturing. It has collaborated with dozens of renowned foreign companies to design and manufacture over 1,500 pieces of equipment, including more than 300 units designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with the U.S. ASME code and stamped with the ASME “U” stamp. Its overseas customers span countries and regions across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa.
